Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms govern the website design and development services offered by Brescibidi Studio. Any order implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Quotes and proposals
Each project receives a written proposal stating scope, price and timeline. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
3. Payment
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required before the project starts. The balance is due before final delivery.
4. Client-provided content
The client agrees to provide necessary content (texts, images, information) within agreed timelines. Late delivery may shift the schedule.
5. Revisions
The validated scope includes a round of revisions. Significant requests outside the initial scope are billed extra.
6. Ownership
After full payment, delivered code and files become the client’s property. Purchased kits are for single use by the buyer; reselling them as a product is prohibited without written authorization.
7. Maintenance
Maintenance services are defined by a separate contract. They cover fixes, edits, monitoring and support as agreed.
8. Liability
Brescibidi Studio’s liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the project concerned.
9. Applicable law
These terms are subject to Beninese law.
